Extrudakerb supplies sub-contract services to slipform concrete slabs, including reinforced or unreinforced pavements and road bases.
Our state of the art slipform paving trains include Concrete Placing machines, Paver and Texture / Cure machine.
Pavers and Placing machines comprise a Gomaco GT6300 prime mover mounted on a unique X - Y paving frame designed and fabricated by Extrudakerb allowing placement of Pavement Quality concrete slabs at a maximum width of 7.5 metres.
Longitudinal joints may be formed plain or sinusoidal. Tie bars if required are placed automatically within the paving mould.
Extrudakerb offer a vastly experienced on site management team to supervise all aspects of the paving operation.
Aside from the machine laid slipformed slabs, Extrudakerb can also supply the labour and plant required to hand lay the unavoidable areas where access may be restrictive.
